FOOD & PACKAGING

Q: How long can I keep the food after delivery?

A: The food is best consumed within 3 hours upon delivery and setup to ​ensure freshness and quality.

Q: How is the food packaged?

A: The food is packed in disposable ware, and disposable cutleries will ​be provided. For standard buffet spread setups, disposable cutleries, ​serviettes, garbage bags, and warmer sets are provided.

Q: Are warmer sets included with the food delivery?

A: Warmer sets are not included with the regular delivery. However, ​they are provided for standard buffet spread setups.

DELIVERY & ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Q: What is the delivery fee?

A: The delivery fee is S$60 per trip for all districts. There is an ​additional charge of $20 for deliveries to Sentosa, Jurong Island, or ​Tengah.

Q: Is self-collection an option?

A: Yes, self-collection is available from1550 Bedok North Ave 4, #03-07, ​08. Bedok Food City

Q: What are the charges for a standard buffet setup?

A: There is an additional charge of $50 for a standard buffet setup. ​Additionally, there is a $50 surcharge for non-lift accessible areas.

Q: Are there any surcharges for smaller buffet setups?

A: Yes, for buffet setups catering to fewer than 150 guests, a nominal ​surcharge fee may apply. Please reach out to us for further details.
